Taste is a fashion community operated by Rent a Human, Inc. This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

We collect account and verified email information supplied through Supabase; profile details and social links you add; outfit photos and captions you post; votes, scores, leaderboard results, referrals, and sharing events; and optional email or phone reminder preferences. Our hosting and security systems also process ordinary device, browser, network, and request logs.

If you use Sign in with Apple, we store encrypted Apple authorization tokens on our server so we can revoke the app’s access when you delete your account. We do not receive your Apple password.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, publish the profile and outfits you choose to make public, operate matchups and leaderboards, personalize Taste Wrapped, deliver reminders you opt into, prevent abuse, support users, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application and image hosting, and—when you opt into reminders—email or text delivery providers such as Resend and Twilio. Google or Apple process information when you choose their sign-in method. These providers process data under their own terms and our instructions.

Visibility and retention

Your profile, social links, outfits, outfit scores and leaderboard positions, and share pages are public. Votes are used to calculate leaderboard results but are not displayed as a public list tied to your identity. We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, and backups.

Your choices

You can edit profile information and disable reminders in settings. You can permanently delete your account and associated content from the mobile app or at taste.fashion/account/delete. You may also email alex@rentahuman.ai for access, correction, or privacy questions.

Age and changes

Taste is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date above.
